The IFRS Foundation Trustees are calling for members of the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB).
In line with the IFRS Foundation Constitution, they are seeking to fulfil vacancies from Asia-Oceania and the Europe regions, to:
- Serve as a member of a collegial, international body and contribute to the development and review of IFRS Accounting Standards.
- Provide input and guidance to staff and act as a sounding board on a range of financial reporting issues.
- Enhance confidence and trust in the standard-setting process by liaising and building relationships with a range of global stakeholders.
IASB members serve a five-year term, which may be renewed for a further three years (with the possibility of renewal up to a maximum of five years).
The roles are full-time and based in London.
