The appointments of a second Vice-Chair and three further members to the ISSB
The IFRS Foundation Trustees announced the appointment of former World Bank Vice President, Jingdong Hua, as a second Vice-Chair of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), effective from October 2022.
Separately, the Trustees appointed Jenny Bofinger-Schuster, Hiroshi Komori and Veronika Pountcheva to the ISSB.
The recruitment of members to the ISSB is now complete.
ISSB receives a global response on proposed sustainability disclosure standards
The ISSB has received more than 1,300 comment letters on its two proposed sustainability disclosure standards.
IFRS Foundation consolidation with Value Reporting Foundation
The consolidation of the Value Reporting Foundation (VRF) into the IFRS Foundation was completed.
