PORTARIA MTE Nº 3.563, DE 24 DE OUTUBRO DE 2023

Altera o Anexo II da Norma Regulamentadora nº 28 - Fiscalização e Penalidades para dar nova redação aos códigos de ementas da NR-35 e de seus anexos constantes do Anexo II da NR 28.

O MINISTRO DE ESTADO DO TRABALHO E EMPREGO, no uso das atribuições que lhe conferem os art. 155 e 200 do Decreto-Lei nº 5.452, de 1º de maio de 1943 - Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho - CLT, e tendo em vista o disposto no art. 1º, caput, incisos III e VI, Anexo I, do Decreto nº 11.359, de 1º de janeiro de 2023, bem como no Processo nº 19966.200136/2023-32, resolve:

Art. 1º O Anexo II da Norma Regulamentadora nº 28 (NR-28) - Fiscalização e Penalidades, com redação dada pela Portaria SEPRT nº 1.067, de 23 de setembro de 2019, passa a vigorar com as seguintes alterações:

Art. 2º Ficam revogados os códigos de ementas da NR-35 e de seus anexos constantes do Anexo II da Norma Regulamentadora nº 28 - Fiscalização e Penalidades, aprovado pela Portaria SEPRT nº 1.067, de 2019.

Art. 3º Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
