The Trustees of the IFRS Foundation are seeking candidates to fill two vacancies arising in 2025 on the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), when current board members’ terms come to an end.
The Trustees are responsible for the governance and oversight of the Foundation and its two boards—the IASB and the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), including the appointment of board members.
